As Director of Client Success & Educational Operations, she plays a critical role in fostering and maintaining strong partnerships with valued clients. Through her expertise in enrollment management, staff progress monitoring, and account administration, she ensures a seamless and positive experience for every organization we serve.

In addition to her client relations responsibilities, Anneliese provides strategic leadership to our support staff team, creating a culture of collaboration, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. She works closely with our online educators to align operational processes with program goals, helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality professional development experiences that are both meaningful and impactful.

Brittney Andrade serves as Successful Solutions' E-Learning Curriculum Specialist and Instructor, bringing expertise, innovation, and a deep commitment to excellence in early childhood education. As our lead full-time trainer, she develops, reviews, and maintains high-quality training programs that are current, comprehensive, and approved across multiple states. Her dedication ensures that educators nationwide have access to engaging, relevant professional development that meets annual training requirements and supports continued growth.

With extensive experience in licensed child care and a strong foundation in early childhood education, Brittney is a trusted resource for both educators and colleagues. Her practical knowledge of licensing regulations, classroom practices, and child development allows her to provide meaningful guidance that bridges theory and real-world application.

Brittney holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education and Creative Writing, as well as a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Studies. Her educational background enables her to design informative, engaging learning experiences for today's educators.
