Meeting Human Needs to Unlock Motivation
Motivation plays a powerful role in how employees think, act, and perform. It influences the choices people make, the effort they give, and how they respond to challenges. When motivation is strong, employees feel focused, confident, and productive. When it is low, energy drops and performance can suffer. This course explains motivation as a process, not just a feeling. Participants will learn the three key parts of motivation—starting a task, staying with it, and applying the right level of effort. The training also explores intrinsic motivation, driven by personal interest and meaning, and extrinsic motivation, driven by rewards and expectations, and how both shape workplace behavior.
