Muscle Memory in Practice
Neuroscience Principles for Supporting Movement and Learning
Participants will explore how the nervous system builds movement patterns through repetition, trust, and time; why bodies sometimes remember pain or protection; and how gentle, consistent practice can help rewrite pathways toward ease and confidence. Special emphasis is placed on child centered, developmentally responsive, and trauma informed approaches—honoring individual timelines while strengthening resilience and functional skill. (2 hours)
