Splish Splash, Learn and Play in the Rain
This course invites educators to see rainy days not as obstacles, but as powerful opportunities for learning, growth, and joy. Instead of retreating indoors, we’ll explore how wet-weather play nurtures resilience, sparks creativity, and fuels curiosity, all while supporting key areas of child development. Through muddy puddles, dripping leaves, and shared discoveries, children strengthen their bodies through active movement, expand their minds through inquiry and problem-solving, and grow socially and emotionally as they negotiate roles, manage frustrations, and celebrate successes together.
