This course invites educators to reimagine early childhood education by centering Indigenous knowledge, storytelling, and land-based practices as vital foundations for children’s holistic learning and development. Grounded in principles of relationality, respect, and reciprocity, participants will explore how Indigenous worldviews can enrich curriculum design, pedagogy, and classroom culture for all learners. Educators will examine strategies for creating culturally safe and inclusive environments that affirm the identities, languages, and lived experiences of Indigenous children and families. (1 hour)
