This course moves beyond surface-level understandings of “diversity” to cultivate culturally humble practice in early learning. Participants will examine the dynamics of cultural humility, implicit bias, and authentic family partnership as essential components of equitable teaching. Participants will explore strategies for navigating cultural mismatches, addressing systemic inequities, and fostering relational safety in the classroom. (1 hour)
