The course introduces practical, developmentally appropriate coping strategies that help reduce stress and build resilience in young learners. These include sensory supports, predictable routines, expressive play, and mindfulness techniques tailored to children's diverse needs. Emphasis is placed on the relational role of the educator in creating emotionally safe environments, fostering secure attachments, and co-regulating with children through moments of distress.
