Reflective Practice for Responsive Care and Education
This course invites early childhood professionals to reclaim time for thoughtful inquiry into their teaching experiences. Participants will learn how embedding structured reflection into daily and weekly routines can enhance instructional quality, support responsive caregiving, and deepen educators’ understanding of their impact on young learners. Through practical strategies, reflective prompts, and real-world applications, providers will explore how examining “what’s working, what’s not, and why” leads to stronger decision-making, more inclusive learning environments, and greater emotional alignment with children’s needs.
