This course explores the complexities of identifying, understanding, and addressing bullying behaviors among young children. In addition to examining the underlying causes and effects of bullying, this course emphasizes the importance of proactive intervention and the role of adults in modeling and reinforcing appropriate behavior. Participants will learn effective techniques for addressing bullying incidents calmly and assertively, setting clear expectations for conduct, and fostering a culture of mutual respect and empathy.
