Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a lifelong condition that affects the way a person communicates and relates to those around them. Causes, symptoms, and misconceptions will be presented as well as information on recognizing signs and common behaviors in children. The goal is to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to create inclusive early learning environments that support the diverse needs of children with autism. Participants will explore evidence-based practices, gain practical tools, and develop an understanding of how to foster an inclusive, supportive, and enriching educational setting.
