About this Course

Stress can originate from a variety of internal and external factors that influence how individuals think, feel, and respond to everyday challenges. This course examines the common sources of stress and explores how different stressors affect personal well-being, workplace performance, and overall quality of life. Participants will gain a better understanding of the factors that contribute to stress and how those factors can vary from person to person. The course identifies both internal and external sources of stress. Internal sources include personal thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, expectations, fears, and emotional responses that can create or intensify stress. External sources include workplace demands, financial concerns, family responsibilities, relationships, environmental conditions, and other outside pressures that affect daily life.
